GitxsanBushGirl ships worldwide using Canada Post with tracked options available.
Tracked shipping
There are 2 options for tracked shipping: $20 for British Columbia & Alberta. All other provinces and International parcels are $25.
Canadian tracked parcels come with $100 insurance, International tracked parcels have no insurance.
International purchasers are responsible for any additional customs, duties, taxes, service fees, and brokerage fees.
GitxsanBushGirl is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
Standard letter mail
At the customers discretion. Does not include insurance and arrival date is unknown. Only available for items that clearly state "Regular shipping available for this item!"
Damages
GitxsanBushGirl is not liable for any lost or damaged items. Please contact Canada Post.
Address Errors
Please double-check your delivery address entry. Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses can cause delays in your shipment and/or cause the package to be deemed undeliverable. Re-shipping returned items, and replacement costs due to incomplete or incorrect addresses or lost mail items are the responsibility of the customer. An invoice will be emailed to customers to cover these costs and must be paid in full before the item is re-shipped.

Processing Time
Although I ship orders as promptly as I can, order processing time can take up to 5 business days, and up to 10 business days during busy seasons.
Pick up/ local delivery:
Pick up/ local delivery is for Gitxsan Lax Yip: "Hazelton" area ONLY. "Old Hazelton to South Hazelton, BC"
Pick up is expected within the week of purchasing. Local delivery available occasionally & I will correspond weather or not I am in your area before you expect to pick up. If asked to deliver to someone else or to drop off - loss off items is at your own risk ie. If I don't hand it directly to you & your item goes missing, that is at your expense.
